We would like to introduce Nicholas, who recently joined us in Technical Support.
With over 7 years of experience in the data center industry, he brings valuable expertise and practical knowledge to our operations team.

Nicholas has a strong background in electrical installations and system integrations, with many years of experience working in the field. He is accustomed to operational environments where availability, accuracy, and functioning systems are crucial, and has a clear focus on supporting customers and internal teams in technical issues related to our deliveries.

How can we help you?
With Nicholas now on board, we can offer enhanced support in the following areas:

Technical issues related to installation
Nicholas assists with questions regarding the installation of Socomec products, technical requirements, and practical implementation in projects.

Commissioning
He is responsible for the commissioning of our products and systems, both on-site at the customer’s premises and remotely, as well as for any questions that arise in connection with this.

Maintenance and service
Practical support with service, preventive maintenance, and operational measures, with a focus on ensuring the stable and long-term functioning of our solutions.

Nicholas is based at our office in Stockholm and provides support and travels throughout Sweden.
